• The volleyball athletic banquet is set for Monday January 9, 2017 at 7:00 PM.  The location of the banquet is the Summit Club. 3700 Judson Rd., Longview.
  
• Over the Christmas Holidays some accolades were announced.  
  
  • Michaela Patterson and Mary McQuaid  made the academic all state teams through two organizations.  Texas Girls Coaches Association (TGCA) and Texas High School Coaches Association (THSCA)
    
  • Chelsea Chadwick was named Academic all state through the THSCA.
    
  • Chelsea Chadwick and Alexis Wiley were named to the East Texas Varsity Best Preps Volleyball Team.  They both made the 1st Team.
    
  • Chelsea Chadwick and Alexis Wiley were also named to the East Texas Sports Networks Volleyball Super Team.  Chelsea made the 2nd Team and Alexis made the Honorable Mention Team.
    
• 11/4- The Lady Pirates ended their volleyball season on Tuesday 11/1 with a bi-district loss to @2 ranked Lucas Lovejoy. The girls played hard, fought hard and competed hard. As their head coach, I was very proud of them. They left it on the court and gave it everything they had, and when you do that you can always be proud. Thank you seniors for your leadership and work ethic. We will miss you greatly, The district awards will be announced soon and I'll have them up on this site as soon as possible. - Coach Musick
• 10/25- The Pine Tree Lady Pirate Volleyball team plays their last home game tonight vs. Mt. Pleasant. We will honor our seniors at the conclusion of the JV game. The 9th grade game is scheduled to start at 4:30 PM followed by the JV and then the Varsity.
  • The first playoff game is scheduled for Tuesday November 1. Pine Tree will play Lucas Lovejoy at Wills Point HS at 6:00 PM.
• 10/21- Our game scheduled at White Oak has been canceled for 10/21/16 due to complications at White Oak. We will have senior night Tuesday 10/25/16 when we host our last district game against Mt. Pleasant. We are nearing the playoffs, and sites and opponents will be announced here as soon as they are scheduled.
• 10/3- The Lady Pirate volleyball team defeated Mt. Pleasant last Friday in a hard fought five set win. We play Texas High on Tuesday to start the second round of district. The game will be played in Texarkana.
• 9/29- The Lady Pirates defeated Hallsville in four sets and also defeated the number seven ranked White Oak Ladynecks in three straight sets. We play Mt. Pleasant this Friday in our next district match.
• 8/19- Pine Tree rallies for a 14-25, 10-25, 25-21, 25-22, 16-14 win over Quitman at the Pirate Center
• 8/16-​ Pine Tree battles past Tyler Lee
